Its happen to me sometime when play on Mobile , please check your game is up to date and if playing via an internet browser clear your cache. the log out and restart your device and then log back in, Also make sure you have at least 2gb of storage space on your device
@John_Sanders Is anyone having issues with the adverts?
Hello John, a lot of people are having problems with the adverts. Adverts causing the game to crash, or just producing a black screen has been an issue for a year now.
There is nothing you can do to resolve the issue, and all anyone can do is wait until King fix the problem.
I used to suffer from the black screen adverts, but eventually the issue resolved itself. Hopefully this will be the case for you as well.

In fact, the ads you see in the game do not handle Candy Crush team or the King, meaning that they are run by a third party. We've had issues with some ads before and they have been removed by reporting to the team.
Anyway, show me a screenshot of the ad you're having trouble with so I can pass it on to my team.
