Well, you've probably seen that little topic (not to be confused with a different one) by now; & (so far) no one else (besides you) has reported that it has returned for them, unless they are keeping quiet about the good news...

Yep, it goes both ways.
If events/features in the game (especially ones that didn't previously function) are running smoothly for players, maybe some of 'em will make mention of it (or not); but if things go haywire, you best believe that folks will raise Hell about that (as they should)...
