How can I get my boosters and extra lives back after a re-install?

I had to switch my android phone. I re-installed the app all of my extra lives which my friends had sent and all the boosters I had bought and even the ones I had saved from the bonus wheel were all gone. I was synced through facebook, but I can't get them back. What gives?!
