Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

Hi. Can the Level 6000 badge be seen in the game itself or only here in the King Community?
I posted october 5th i passed level 9000 and just today januari 8 i had the Milestone challenge now im at lvl 9531 and i finaly have the badge woohoo (sarcasticly) so strange friends had it sooner atleast its good to know that in this tecnological era it just takes 4 months for software to get updated...

the badge is automatically added to your profile, you don’t have to do anything, try to level up further.
I will tag one of our GM'S to help you get to the right place so you'll be able to receive your badge my friend and they are very helpful and friendly @kiara_wael hope this helps you out my Community friend.

I completed the Milestone Challenge for 10000 level banner. But still no banner, the ten stages are completed but nothing else happen. What's the next step to get the banner?

Not sure who reads these posts but... I excitedly reached level 1000 Mon Dec 13, 2021 and today is Thur Dec 16 and I still have not received my banner in the game 🥺 how do I get it? I did get my community badge 😊 Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

Thanks for your reply @Crazy Cat Lad but no I did not have a challenge populate after reaching my 1000 milestone goal in my game. Again I have since made sure my candy crush app was up to date, and it is and I even logged in and out but still nothing and never a milestone challenge request 🥺 Today is Thur Dec 16/21 and still nothing when I logged in today. This is ehst my current play board looks like:
