@Crazy Cat Lad said this week to have at least 10 Blue Snowflake Candies on the gameboard where of three are Special Blue Candies (Striped and/ or Wrapped) on the game board.
He's not able to find all these in your screenshot!? You only have 2 specials, you need 3.
