I contacted the support link the other day with more specific details but on checking my email today, I see it bounced back telling me to to use this feature. Now I can't remember the error message, nor the level but it would've been somewhere between 970-990 I think. The level failed to play each time I used a power up. Lost 2 colour balls and 1 of something else, I can't remember now as it was 4 days ago I reported it now, if the bounce back is anything to go by.
