I am no longer getting boosters in my candy crush game and I need to speak to a representative my number is (EDITED by CM - Unsupported language)

    Hello @Rose5249 and welcome to our wonderful King Community. We never encourage or ask for personal information from our players in the general community - like email addresses or phone numbers. Please edit your post to remove your phone number. Just click on the grey wheel in the upper right corner and then click on edit and delete your phone number.

    Candy Crush Saga is undergoing some changes. The studio wants to update the game to keep it fresh and interesting for all the players and as a result - some of the events you are used to having have been or are being removed. You can read more about it here

    As mentioned on this thread, King do not have any support or customer service by phone. You can email Player Support directly from the game's Settings and Help Center or via the web form HERE.

    Hi there, lives are connected to your device's memory and are known to disappear if you reinstall the game or your data is lost. Unfortunately, once they are gone there is no way to retrieve them. My advice is to not let too many get stored and use them as they come in!

    I have clear the leval but no hve more than stone alive and break my streak

    Hello @valadivyaraj I am sorry this happened to you. I have run into the occasional glitch also or my game automatically restarts and so I unfortunately have lost my streak in the past too.

    There is no phone number for player support. However they are pretty responsive if you contact them through your game if you play on mobile because then they are able to see your game and it helps them solve your problem.

    So open Candy Crush, but before you start the game, click on the pink wheel and then click on the question mark and type your issue in the box at the top that says “How can we help?” and they should respond shortly.
