Hi GEKaver- Our Candy Crush team has been investigating this issue and they request some more information about your graphic card/driver. In order to get it please do the following:
1) Click start
2) Type dxdiag and press enter
3) Go to the Display tab and check the Name property.

Just sayin.

i am having same problem on my hp dt 8000 pc using win10 no such background and so on as above mentioned my graphics card is in build intel q45 chip set based card kindly fix this issue i wanna play this game on my pc
