I'm not sure if I'm the only on with this issue, but I have not received any new levels (11 196 - 11 240) yesterday on Windows App. I checked to see if there were any updates in the App Store and there are no updates. Usually I will get the updates every Wednesday without my having to check the App Store.
Can someone kindly help me with this issue.
@Albert_Heinrich Level 11233 was not in my best, however 11237 was. Maybe I had a lucky board as the striped combos seemed to just fall into place early, therefore helping to eliminate the jellies. I think I used a UFO on 11233.
@Ginger512 A few players have had this problem recently. Have you tried restarting your computer ? Also there was a Windows update a few days ago, maybe check to see that has been downloaded.
@Ginger512 If you don't have problem to loss the lives you can uninstall the CCS app. and reinstall it again but be sure that you have the last version.
@Peter_Tornaros thank you for responding. I did check Windows for updates but there aren't any. Not sure if the restart will help but I will try it.
@Ginger512 I haven't had new levels for the last two weeks. last week the CC update in the microsoft store did not appear until three days after new levels were released. This week is was there right away. So keep checking.
@Tzvi_Marcu thank you for replying. The lives part is not a problem however, will the boosters and gold bars remain that were collected?
