I had to do a fresh install of candy crush because the Facebook connection for having friends help me unlock my level wasn't working. After my first new install all 655 of my saved up lives were gone. I decided to delete again and re-install it buy syncing my phone to iTunes. Afterwards, all lives are still gone. my boosters are gone and my hand switches and lollipops are gone. Why is this happening? This all started because the connection of friends on Facebook sending me unlocks would not work. I have re-installed the game before and everything worked fine! I would like someone who works for King like a moderator or someone else to reply. Thank you!

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for your information. Is there literally no way to get anything back? What I had on my account I've been saving up for nearly 2 years. I'm really devastated this happened as I have in the past deleted and re-installed the game due to technical problems and all of my lives and boosters were still there. I really hope you are able to put these back on my account as I want to continue to enjoy this game with what I originally had. I know almost the exact number of boosters I had and hand switches plus lollipops and know my exact lives I saved up.

    Hey,Eric! Have you seen an offer with unlimited lives? Do you buyed a booster with unlimited lives? Do you know the unlimited lives are gone after 2 hours? Please send 2 screenshots: one with the gone boosters and one with the gone lives,OK? See you,Eric!
