This is not the first time that this has happened. I had complained about this problem previously too. This has been happening since the past couple of months.
Hmm, do you have a lot of other apps open when you're playing. If so, try closing them all and opening up Candy Crush first.
The mobile is not too old (about a year and a half). There is sufficient memory too)
Is it an old mobile? It might not be supported or it might need updating. You can also check if you have enough memory to support the games. If your phone is full then the games won't load.
