Unable to get friend help

For several weeks now, I have been unable to get friend help to move on to next episodes in the game. Friends send help but it never shows up or gets applied so I can't move on. Also none of the extra "lives" that friends send ever get applied when they send them. I get the FB notifications of the friend help and extra lives sent but nothing ever shows up. What is wrong?

I can not get lives from friends for a couple weeks. Playing on iPhone through candy crush app. Have tried all things I have read n still none. Do they stop for any reason?

Are you using any browser extensions such as pop-up suppressors or ad-blockers? Are your friends sending from Facebook or from King.com games? Do you only ever play through Facebook (if not have you synched accounts?) ? What level are you currently on? Do you have screen shots of notifications received and subsequent failures?

Adobe flash player was requesting cloudfront.net to store info on my computer. It would not let me deny so I checked never ask again in settings. Could this be the problem?

When you request that a Facebook friend help you unlock a level does it take multiple friends to do this before the level unlocks? If so, how many? I've had friends send me the help to unlock but it doesn't unlock the level when I accept. Anyone have information on this? Thanks! Java training in chennai | Android training in chennai
