I completed the final chocolate box in the time allotted. I received my 30 minutes of free play and my 15 minutes of color bombs, but the 10 gold bars were not awarded. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Please can I have my gold bars! I should have 20 more than I have. Thank you.

Hello @tillypup it is quite a common complaint that the gold bars of the Chocolate Box aren't received at the same time as the other rewards. All you have to do is close and open your game once you have completed the Box and the gold bars will be added.
As for your request for your missing twenty gold bars to be added to your game than unfortunately no one here can help you with that. Everyone here is just a player like you are, so to get your missing gold bars you will have to contact Player Support directly.
