I have been trying to load Candy Crush Saga directly from King.com both from my desktop and mobile, and it keep cycling to try to log in to Facebook. Then I get an error msg that I cannot log in and to try later.... (on desktop) and my mobile says that I do not have access to the Kingdom at the present time. I don't even want to play through Facebook!

If you're playing on King.com from a PC then that's fine. I don't think it will work on a mobile as your phone might not have flash installed. But King.com shouldn't be asking you to connect to Facebook. Can you post a screenshot of what you can see on the site, the error message, it's difficult to help without seeing it.

⛔ Under Investigation: Prize Palooza - Candies not counting towards progress.
Hi. I play since 7o'clock in the morning but my Evolution in Prize Party it's not updatet. I am on the first place since yesterday but even thought I colect orange candies my number it's the same.
