Hello @AndySully I don't really have a solution for you, but I can tell you that you aren't the first person to complain about this issue.
You can try the standard troubleshooting techniques, but as far as I know they do not work.
Maybe @Sukanta_Biswas has an answer for you because he reported this issue to the Game Team in February
