This probably happened because by the time you passed those levels there was a connection problem with the server that prevented them from being stored. Unfortunately, when using multiple devices this can happen.

I know this can be very frustrating, it has happened to me too, now before I change the device, I always log back in from the same device and then I change. 🍬
