I have had to reinstall Candy Crush, Soda and Jelly. Have not received email to reset password.

I had that problem myself; after a few days of waiting a fb friend told me to check all my emails my phone at the time marked it as spam and trashed it. Luckily it hadn't been deleted. 

If that doesn't work go thro thisugh google instead of facebook ask for code through that app.
