Candy Crush Saga is undergoing some changes. The studio wants to update the game to keep it fresh and interesting for all the players and as a result - some of the events you are used to having have been or are being removed. You can read more about it here
Hi there, lives are connected to your device's memory and are known to disappear if you reinstall the game or your data is lost. Unfortunately, once they are gone there is no way to retrieve them. My advice is to not let too many get stored and use them as they come in!
Hello @valadivyaraj I am sorry this happened to you. I have run into the occasional glitch also or my game automatically restarts and so I unfortunately have lost my streak in the past too.
There is no phone number for player support. However they are pretty responsive if you contact them through your game if you play on mobile because then they are able to see your game and it helps them solve your problem.
So open Candy Crush, but before you start the game, click on the pink wheel and then click on the question mark and type your issue in the box at the top that says “How can we help?” and they should respond shortly.
