Same issue for at least 5 days now...very frustrating that none of their work-arounds are fixes.

yeah..its very frustrating..its the only game i play on here..i find a lot of the games on here look and act alike..but Candy Crush is my "Zen" moment!! haha

unable to move any candy @ any level for 5 , 6 days already. How come Candy Candy Saga-King didn't fix that problem.

Having the same problem as others. Candies won't move. None of the suggested fixes work. It sure would be nice if we could get some sort of response from King. Folks are trying to get help and the suggestions given do not work.

Hi, it seems many players are having this problem when playing on Facebook. If you can play on the app from the App Store, it should work properly.
