Hello, are you playing on Facebook? It seems quite a few people have this issue. If you can try playing on a difference platform in the meantime, like the app from the App Store!

Here the same problem. None of te browsers is working.

Have been experiencing this problem for several days. Was told by support to try all kinds of fixes (use different browser, open in incognito tab, make sure browser is up to date, optimize browser, clear cache, remove the game from Facebook and reinstall). None of these worked.

Hi Munster has your PC got a touch screen by any chance? If it has did you try moving the pieces that way instead of with your mouse?
This problem sounds like an extension of disabling the use of a mouse to scroll through the game menus.
It is Wednesday which is update day, so this is probably the result of yet another faulty release

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but to no avail... and it's not just me, three other friends are having the same issues... buttons work when I want a booster, send lives,events, but not when I want to swap the candy to play...

Same here, I can use my mouse for everything except to switch candies around. Getting frustrated as it has been several days now. If no help can be provided, guess I am done with the game.
