We cannot toggle between candy crush accounts on ipad. Its stuck on one profile.

We have one ipad, two separate facebook accounts and we both play candy crush saga and candy crush soda. We used to be able to just change the facebook profile we were logged into and then play whatever game we wanted to in our own account....

Hi Bruce- Thanks for posting on King Care. Let's get you both back on track :-)

Due to the latest iOS update, Facebook data is also stored in Safari. This means that if you wish to change between accounts you will to clear this data first before you can log into a new account.

Please follow these steps on how to do this:

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

I am sorry about all of the steps, due to the way iOS devices store data we do not recommend device sharing between two account if at all possible.
