@talitaloesch Has someone experienced the same issue lately?
A lot of people have experienced the same issue as you describe, but the issue is being caused by King's incompetence rather than a 'hacker'
The issue of unrealistic Weekly Contest scores has been complained about numerous times, and we have been told that the issue has been fixed. It is plain from posts similar to yours that the issue hasn't been fixed, but no one here with any authority seems to care.

I can certainly understand your frustration- especially with the recent change making the first place prize so much more valuable!
I agree that both of your situations sound impossible for someone like that to suddenly have that many levels in such a short period of time. It sounds like some sort of glitch or something.
I am tagging the Candy Crush CM to see if he has any ideas how something like this could happen.

Please note that this thread was posted in January when we had an issue in the Weekly Contest, please find it HERE.
This has been fixed already, but please note that some scores and played levels etc may get updated with a delay at times. Connection issues or players playing offline may cause that their scores are updated with a delay up to 24h.

Hello! Thanks for the reply! I found that threat and commented on it, however I was curious to know if someone had experienced the same issue lately and posted something similar last week. Also, I was always on the impression that the weekly contest was only between your friends and the player with 971 leves overnight was not my friend. Is this correct? I’m new here and am loving to learn from all of you. Thank you!
