I play candy crush saga on the iPad. 2 weeks ago, the game stopped loading and would pop back to the Home Screen. I have plenty of GB available, I am up to date with software, and have strong Wi-Fi. I am at 3000+ level, and have numerous boosters. I don’t want to lose this progress by deleting the app. Can you please let me know what I can do?

Hello, May I ask if you are playing on Facebook? Facebook is experiencing issues right now, so if you can download the app from the App Store that should help!

If you have previously saved the game on Facebook or Kingdom, your game progress is safe and you will get your game progress back even if you uninstall or delete the game app but uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all your stored boosters.
However your problem is app crashing so you can try to solve it by following the troubleshooting steps as per the link below.

How to I download from the App Store when I already have it downloaded? I honestly believe it’s an issue not including my iPad. I honestly don’t know where I am playing from or on. I have been playing this game for 10 years give or take. Any suggestions?
