I click on candy crush saga and it will go through but it won't come on the music will play and than it will say that face book is not responding so what should I do now

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
