I just got a new iPhone 7. When I try to login to Candy Crush using Facebook, nothing happens.

The default email that populates is not correct. When I change it to the email I use to login to facebook and enter my facebook password, nothing happens. I hit log in and it goes back to the screen with the wrong email and no password shown. I have removed and reinstalled both apps multiple times. I have cleared out all of the facebook account information under my settings. I am able to connect on an iPod and a kindle, but not the new phone.

Hi Traci- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you are experiencing a problem connecting your game to Facebook. Let's try and get you back on track.

Please could you try these steps:

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

i followed all the steps and it connected me, but i still cannot see my friends, give them lives(they do not show up under ones that have completed the level already) or get requests from them and my profile picture is not on my icon. can you help please?

Followed the steps above. Also figured out that I needed to enable cookies for Safari. That did the trick!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
