I have all my software and the app updated. Sometimes I can get all the way to the point where I click on the level before it crashes, but sometimes the game won't even load. So frustrating. Please help.

I followed all of these steps, and the problem persists.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
