I have been having constant crashing on my Ipad mini in Candy Crush Saga

game crashes always when trying to load, if it does load it will not connect to facebook automatically, when I try to manually load into facebook , the face book screen starts to come up but then I just get a white screen. I have not been able to play for over a month now. My husband also has the same issues with his candy cush saga game on his Ipad mini 16 GB we Have the newest update for IOS which is9.3.5 (13G36). What is wrong? We have also tried rebooting our Ipads with no success.

Well, frustration has returned, I thought I solved it but same issues as originally, will not load, period, King has turned out to be no help, with not being able to even start candy crush on my IPad mini. everyone out there, please boycott candy crush, King will not help, so why bother.

This is Charlene again, I rebooted the iPad, logged into Facebook on farm heroes saga, closed that after sending lives, went into candy crush saga and it miraculously worked after a month of frustration, why doesn't king let its players know when their are issues and how to fix them.
