Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

The badge / banner should automatically appear in your game. This badge is unpredictable, sometimes it can also appear after passing a few levels after the Milestone level (Level 4000 in your case). Keep in mind that it is currently not available to all players, but I recommend that you try repeating level 4000 as you may be able to get it.

Hello, make sure your Milestone Banner is turned on under your settings when you view your profile! Also, try singing out and back into your account. And lastly, sometimes you have to complete a number of levels for it to appear. Cheers!
Missing my banner, when will it show up? It's taking forever.

Hi there, usually all you need to do is just keep playing levels and it should show up. You can sign out and back into your account to see if that helps.
I am not able to see the milestone challenge in My Events or as a pop up. How do we get the 6,000 banner over photo?
If you are having trouble getting it to appear, one thing you can try to do is sign out and in of your King account within the app and replay the milestone level (e.g. level 9000). Cheers!

This badge is unpredictable, it always comes when you least expect it. At this point, try to pass a few levels and then try repeating the 4500. I hope it will appear in your game soon. đ€đ€đ€

You may find it helpful to repeat level 2000 to make it appear but there is no guarantee it will work. Unfortunately this badge is unpredictable and can change when you least expect it.

One thing you can try to do is sign out and back into your King account and play a couple levels. This made it appear for me.

In the meantime, I can suggest you try again level 7000 and check that there is a tick in your game settings on the Milestone Badge.
(Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On).

You don't have to do anything about it. It will be deposited to all players. I was close to 7000.
When you have played and finished the milestone level, you will receive a pop-up message that you have now received the banner and will also receive all your boosters.
Please ignore what Diamond Lim has to offer with the milestone challenge.Â

Constantly logging out of the game can cause problems. Please avoid it!!!

Please always keep your game up to date.
This means: Always update and also empty the cache from time to time.
