I have been playing the game since it was first released, and I was so happy when I started getting ada for rewards whether extra lives, boosters or extra moves, but a weird thing happened like two months ago. I used my apple pay to purchase a booster bundle from the game shop (this is my first time I use real money in the game), but ever since the ads have been gone completely to this day. It is very suspicious as I feel like they saw I used real money to buy something so they stopped giving me ads for rewards to force me buy.
I have friends and family who play the game, but they still get ads no problem. I really hope I get a fix for this, because it is obviously intentional somehow. Otherwise, I will delete this game and never play it again.

Hello @tariq87a many people have posted on here to say that they have lost all of the features that provide free boosters after they have purchased something. If you have just lost your advert features you are lucky.
As far as anyone can gather the removal of feature that provide free boosters is intentional, but that is just an opinion based on anecdotal evidence.
I have never seen anyone post that they have kept their features after a purchase, or had their features returned to them after complaining.

Yep, it's the unfortunate truth that once you buy, those ads go bye-bye (here's a recent example)...

It truly * that we learned the hard way. I hope new players read this before they spend their money!!!! I made it to level 7646 and have been stuck here for going on 3 weeks. This game used to be fun ….

Lost all ads after I bought from the shop. No way of getting free boosters or gold bars. I had the same problem before and it was fixed and I got the boosters back. But I stupidly purchased again and now everything is gone. Including the candy converter

Same here. Bought boosters now no ads anymore. Stuck on levels for a long time, losing every timed contest. I will not go back to earlier levels just to win a contest. They will not see another penny from me. It’s a shame too so many people are going through the same thing. Candy Crush is losing money this way. You would think they would want to retain players, especially the ones that spend money to support their team!

Don't spend any real money on this game. If you are stuck and out of gold and not enjoying this game any more then uninstall it and quit playing. That is what I would advise you should do.
They don't delete accounts for a long time, so by not playing any more you won't lose your progress. Sometimes they will woo players back with a good offer of freebies if you have been absent from the game for a while. And they MAY change the game to make it enjoyable again, .....one day if the profits go down with their current strategy. But right now as this game is, all I can do is advise you to quit.
