Character Not Moving To Next Episode

I finished level 650 almost a week ago. It's stuck on the transportation pad with no prompts to ask friends for help. I waited the 72 hours, nothing. I opened a help ticket (#3732102), no response. It seems like others are experiencing similar issues, but are either being ignored, told to purchase another device (really?) or laughed out by the soul crushers in the sky. I'm one ignored response away from uninstalling this app on all of our devices. What's going on?
