Hello Susan have you got a level 10,000 banner? If you have you won't get an 11000 banner automatically as the banner isn't updated as you pass each milestone level. The only way you will get an 11,000 banner if you already have a 10,000 banner is if you receive the Milestone Challenge in your feature. If you don't receive the Milestone Challenge then your banner won't get updated to level 11,000.

The Milestone badge in the game can be claimed after completing the Milestone Challenge. The challenge will appear in a pop up in your game after passing the milestone level.
It will also be available under the Events tab for one week. You will need to complete it within that time to get the badge to your avatar. After one week the challenge expires.

The badge / banner will be automatically added to your avatar. It usually appears when you reach the Milestone level, but it is unpredictable, it may even appear a few levels later.

First, you get your milestone badge added in the features.
You don't have to do anything about it. It will be deposited to all players. I was close to 7000.
When you have played and finished the milestone level, you will receive a pop-up message that you have now received the banner and will also receive all your boosters.
Please ignore what Diamond Lim has to offer with the milestone challenge.
There is no more challenge!!!

Constantly logging out of the game can cause problems. Please avoid it!!!
I basically don't do it and everything is going well.
Please always keep your game up to date.
This means: Always update and also empty the cache from time to time.
That is important!!!

One thing you can also try to do is sign out and back into your King account within the app. This worked for me :)

In the meantime, I can suggest you try again level 7000 and check that there is a tick in your game settings on the Milestone Badge.
(Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Features - Milestone Badge - Off/On).

One thing you can try to do is sign out and back into your King account and play a couple levels. This made it appear for me.

You may find it helpful to repeat level 2000 to make it appear but there is no guarantee it will work. Unfortunately this badge is unpredictable and can change when you least expect it.

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
