For the last couple of weeks the games either crash half way through or do not even load. I have rebooted, checked updates are up to date and now don't know where to go. It was never like this and I have no problems with Pet Rescue Sage. Please help

From the number of people commenting it is obviously a bigger problem. Why have King not responded?
I have an iPad mini with plenty of memory left. Logging out of Facebook to play works temporarily but after a game or two it crashes again.
I am using a iPad mini, version 9.3.5 available memory about 3gb.
What device do you have? Might also be an idea to check how much available memory you have left on it too.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
