W'hats going on with candy crush?

I asked already many times for help but till now nothing what you ask to do don't start the game. As I see a lot of players are in the same situation and are furious the game isn't working after doing what you proposed. Can you tell me if there is a way to fix if or not instead to say what I have to do and it doesn't help me forward?
