For the last week I cannot send lives on candy crush saga. The 'send' button is outlined in red. Please fix this! Thank you!

I am having the same problem - I have reinstalled Candy Crush cleared cache etc etc and it still is the same. Could this be something to do with permission settings? I cannot get to purchase coins are send or collect the rewards I get .

the link you posted for trouble shooting doesn’t work it goes to an error page why i cannot send lives on Candy Crush Soda because the button does nothing
