Hi all,

I’ve been having spring climb issues most time I play, I won’t receive the items I’ve won.

how can I get this bug fixed and get back the items I’ve lost?!

seems like this is a very regular complaint everyone has.

Can you show me a screenshot where you claimed the reward but didn't get it?

I'm not sure what's going on there so your screenshot will help me to report the matter.

The climb event can be glitchy… sorry you’re having troubles also. Be sure to try signing out and back into your app to see if that helps
