Can't login to King.com and get my process to load

Question

Candy crush was not working and I erase and reloaded the game.

But I'm not able to login to King.com and get back to to the levels I was in.

Im getting the message of "Oops, anunknown error occurred".

I want to get back to the levels I was playing at and any help to solve this would be appreciated.
