How to get back to my level?

I was having issues with the game crashing every time I tried to open it up to play so I deleted and redownloaded the app. It opened up but I was back to level 1 after being around 875. I wasn't connected to Facebook and my emails are not being recognized by the Kingdom. I have worked for 4 years at this game and will be extremely disappointed if I have to start all over again.

Are King aware of this graphics glitch?
