Lost all boosters. I did NOT uninstall or do an update. Second time this happened in two weeks.

I lost all boosters twice in two weeks. I have not uninstalled the game. I have not updated. No loss of service. No mobile failure or shut down issues. I work hard for these and I object (now at level 2245) that such a long-time, faithful player should be ripped off twice. I understand that you're working on a solution, but what about regaining what was lost?

I lost all my boosters when I updated and got bumped back a level!!! Also lost all my messages of lives I had saved from friends! And it was a hard level that I had used a ton of lives and boosters to pass! I'm so upset and frustrated! Contacted king and got a generic response and then a response that had nothing to do with my problem!
