What is with the Spring Climb?

Twice I got the 30 minutes for the rainbow ball..... And twice it failed to appear. This would have got me past the level I am stuck on. The stripped candy one worked no issue but the ball, nothing. That's a big glitch!!!

Hi Dru since the introduction of the climbing style features there have always been complaints from people that don't get all of the rewards.
It would appear that King are incapable of fixing the problem even though they keep delivering new versions of the feature.
