Cez, please help me. When I signed back in it started me at level 25. Before the update, I was at level 972 or about.
Hello! Yesterday I changed my iPhone 5 on the iPhone 6 and when I opened the game, I saw that my progress was gone and I'm on level 14, while I was 1680. I've played the game for 3 years, and I was in shock today. Please help me!
Hi @Bernice- If you have created a Facebook or Kingdom account your levels will be saved to the server, and logging in again will take you back to where you were, however some players did not make an account correctly, so the only way that we can help out is to send them a private message to check/create an account for them. Please let me know if you still cannot locate your levels after logging in again and I will send you a private message also.

i have the issues here too, i played till the last level but i login today found it back to lvl 1, and i tried to login with my app, it turn to app mode which is still not right still, how can i solve this problem? pls reply me ASAP, ty

Eu também estava no NV 462 e voltei ao NV 1 depois de desinstalar e reinstalar o Candy crush soda devidos a problemas de conexão com o Facebook. Não tenho conta no reino pois não consegui achar onde criar a conta. Jogo pelo Facebook no computador e no Android e ambos voltaram ao NV 1 não sei mais o que fazer alguém pode me ajudar ou passei de NV até o 462 a toa?

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
