I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

Could someone help me as I had this same problem
Please send me the message too. I was on level 2000+ and when I tried to sync it to FB it all erased and I'm back to level one. Please help me get back to where I was! :-(
I had about 450 levels of progress and switched to a new Android phone, hence, losing all progress. I didn't sync to Facebook, and my Gmail says unregistered. Please, help. Thanks.

Hi @Cezdiamon, can you send me a message too? I was at level 201, and all my levels synced back to1 and lost all my progress after signing in with my facebook account .... Also note that i didn't even logged in by my email id ever.... Thanks
I'm on level 781 and my Facebook page got hacked so I had to change my password. I've been on the game this morning and it's taken me back to level 1. Can this be restored back to 781 please?

Due to a wrong advice by the Apple Store in Amsterdam, I went suddenly down from level 2345 to level 1. The apple worker from the Genius (!) Bar could not fix it. Thus, I sent via Candy Crush a message to KING asking for help. As a response I only got a standard message telling me to go to the King Care Community. I can see there that I am not the only one with the problem of a wrong synchronization with Facebook and KING account. I would like to get a personalized message from KING telling me that they will take me back to level 2345. Please give me a positive reaction to case number 8414962379.

Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
