What happened to the extra moves when you click on give up?
Have been able to get them up until game 6203 and with only 23 moves this level definitely needs xtra moves

I wish I knew Carol. Of all the changes made by King this is the one that really makes no sense at all to me. The only result that I can see for this test is loads of complaints from frustrated players.
If King are reducing the amount of lives and not giving extra moves what is the point of playing.
That is something I have said already Carol the double whammy of reduced lives and now no extra moves will surely see players leaving en masse.
I can't imagine that even those who can afford to pay or others who struggle to pay would be happy with this.
That is my guess as to what this test is all about. The only thing that King can be testing by removing the extra moves is to see how many buy moves, or how many stop playing. Nothing else makes sense.
Alternatively this could be their answer to the life limit. The change to the life limit has seriously upset people that buy things for their games and I don't think King saw this coming. I think that by removing or changing the frequency of the extra moves and giving people back the ability to send and receive lives they hope to get those people buying again.

Hi Foxy seeing as last time this happened to you the issue fixed itself all I can suggest is that you stop playing other than to collect the Booster Wheel booster and check that the extra moves feature is back in your game. Obviously you will have to play a level once to check for the extra moves, but I would suggest just play the once and save your boosters & lives until the feature is working again.
If so, I definitely stop playing, impossible movements, fewer reinforcements, you don't help, I honestly don't understand it and there are level comments but they make the reverse effect more difficult. .yes I know it is my decision and I have played because I wanted to but I wanted to leave my explanation.
I'm not getting through many levels @Alienscar . Had managed to get a few UFO's from daily win and F5 used them and other boosters I had been saving. Nowhere near the new levels released today, but as I said I'll just plod along. My purse still has a padlock on it and that's where it's staying.
Thanks for the information @Carol-38 it is disheartening to hear that King has thought fit to roll out this "test" to people at the end of the map. Based on your feedback I have no idea how you are managing to get through the levels if you no longer receive your thirty extra moves.
I honestly don't know what to make of @QueenB post. What on earth can King be testing by removing the extra moves.
The only thing that makes any kind of sense is that they are "testing" how many people buy lives when they don't have any other choice.

To date I am not receiving extra moves, mine stay on 5. But to be honest I am so disheartened with everything King are doing I just close down. Got to the point where I'm not really bothered anymore as it doesn't seem anything is going to change. Levels are near on impossible and even with 35 extra moves they can't be passed. I'll keep plodding along and see what happens in the future.
To be honest @foxy I don't think the issue you are complaining about can be fixed because any change introduced by King can only changed by King. The best you can hope for is that the change is temporary.
I have said elsewhere that this is a really bad move by King. People at the end of the map rely on the extra moves to complete their levels. Players will leave en masse if they lose their 30 extra moves on top of not being able to receive all the lives that are sent to them.
It is typical of this forum that the powers that be don't seem to know what is going on.
i understand you may consider this a duplicate post BUT i am still having the same problem {day4} still stuck on only 5 extra moves for 10 gold bars can this be fixed?if not, i have no other choice but to stop playing completely.NOT SWEET!!
Where have the extra moves gone at the end of the game? Getting stuck on a level for days and days and days is getting frustrating. I, too, am looking for a new game. This has turned into a money grab and I refuse to pay any money for extra moves or power ups. Your changes have sucked the fun out of this game.
Yes, this happened to me last week. Then they were back and now they're gone again. I am one of the people who pays quite a lot to play as the game is very addictive, but with all the new changes I will be using up my boosters and leaving. Enough is enough.

day 3 of not being able to get extra moves for 10 gold bars.still stuck on only 5 extra moves. can someone please explain why this is happening. this is the second time this has happen.can you please fix this/tell me what to do.not able to finish hard level.this problem is causing me to use more lives and boosters PLEASE HELP !!
Hello @MishkaDarling you aren't the only person to have commented on this as a few people mentioned this issue last week and @foxy has suffered from this issue last week and this week.
The extra moves in my game are still there but to be honest I can't remember if took longer than normal for them to start adding up. It does sound to me like King are tinkering with the extra moves, but obviously that is just my opinion.
It is a worrying change Mishka as people like you that pay for gold should be one of King's priorities. A change like this that encourages people to pay less seems a strange move by King.

Has anyone else noticed that they seem to have removed the additional extra moves that start accumulating after you've been stuck on a level for a while or have they just increased the number of times you play a level before this starts? I often buy gold bars to complete a level once the extra moves count goes up, but I won't be doing that any more if the count stays at 5. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one?

I thought the BS was fixed this morning I had over 40 extra lives now I have 5 been going through for a few months now but this afternoon I logged on & it was giving me a lesson on friends and extra lives (a sure sign mine were gone) I play on FB on my laptop HELP!

I am an avid player and have been for years, after repeatedly failing to pass a level the extra lives used to go up by one to a maximum of 30 after each fail. Now it seems that has disappeared too, why oh why when on level 10,000 plus has this option gone? After all it can be purchased with 10 gold bars so it's not exactly free, but you have decided to withdraw it !!! Absolutely disgraceful King !!! I'm looking for a new game :(
Yea, I'd like to know why all of a sudden it tells me I can only use one extra life a day and I didn't even get that so they sit there and I can't use them. What is going on all of a sudden?

What exactly is the issue you are complaining about @foxy? Is it stuck on just five lives for ten gold or what?
I really hope King hasn't done away with the 35 extra moves as otherwise people at the end of the map won't be completing any levels.

The extra moves start piling up when you lose the same level multiple times. They have not been removed.
yes it is stuck on just 5 lives for ten gold bars. i truely hope King has not done away with the extra moves. they are a great help on hard levels.but who knows
Thanks @foxy I can't tell you anything for sure as I am just a player like you. I notice though that you aren't the only person to complain about this issue. My opinion is that either King has deliberately removed the extra moves, or it is related to the current issue affecting level completion.

Hi @foxy based on this post from another player it looks like your issue will be temporary. As it is Wednesday the issue was probably due to poor quality control during the app update.
Hello Carol hopefully you will find that your issue has resolved itself now as another player has said their extra moves have reappeared.

If you are referring to the extra moves, as I already mentioned in the other discussion, they are still there.
Did yours start working again after the last time Foxy? It strikes me as odd that a feature so integral to the game can come and go.
If the only thing wrong with your game is the extra moves isn't working then it hints at King 'experimenting' with upcoming changes.
