My game switched to someone else's game

one day I was playing my game on my iPad and the next day I pull it up and it's someone else's game! I was on a very high level and had almost 2000 lives and I don't want to delete it and not have anything back! How do I get my game back?? I went on facebook Logged out of candy crush, did it on the game it's self, but nothing changed back!!

⛔ Under investigation: Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Not getting my deserved goldbars
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.
