Lost my game streak even though I won the level?

I beat level 10226 on the first try, the game made me replay the level and then it said I had lost and my streak was gone! Can someone please help me?

Sorry for the inconvenience. If we reply or lose level. Win Streak back to the beginning and we must start again.

Hi, I didn't lose the level, I won on the first try, and the game glitched and said I didn't do I lost my streak and my boosters. I am hoping this can be fixed.

Pay attention to the mass of errors being posted about. Common sense would've told you not to play new levels until King addresses and resolves them (as I've been doing for the last ~2 weeks). I assume your glitch has something to do with the one I get where the game crashes upon opening a level (as in the app closes on its own).
From experience, your win streak won't be restored--the response I got from King Support when I lost my streak in the past and inquired about restoring it.

Common sense would have told you that since my profile is labeled as a "newbie" I'm new to the forum and haven't seen the many posts about issues the game is having. There's no need at all to be rude over a game.

I guess I'm expecting too much for players visiting a forum section called Support to read some of the 1st page posts to see what the latest problems in the game are--esp. players savvy enough to get past L10000+. 🤷
