I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

Cezdiamond, could you send me a message too, please? I recently upgraded my phone and lost progress through level 640 approx. I did not have a facebook or email account and have wiped all data from my prior android phone. Thanks.
I just switched devices but was not connected to FB, is there any way to recover my progress? @Cezdiamond

Hi Ceziadiamond,I'm having a similar issue! I got a new phone and did not have my account attached and lost the data on the new sync. I was in the region of 600 if I remember correctly!

I was on level 2385 near the top of the game and Candy Crash was not loading so I reinstalled it - and then lost everything as I was not registered neither with e-mail nor fecebook. Cezdiamond, please help!!!
Dear King, love your game but the same thing as described above happened, I was using the windows 10 app from the windows app store for Candy Crush Saga, all of a sudden a popup came to connect to facebook and I lost all my progress, I was at around level 320 or so. My game ID is same as my username here, could you please get my levels back, plz plz plz plz:(

Having the same problem over here! Not logged into facebook so playing as a guest. Was on level 1336 and now back to level 1!!!!!!!!! Please help me recover this!!

Hello! I have the same issue, my dad was on level 660 and recently got a new phone, he asked me to save it to my facebook account as he does not have one and it was an easier way to transfer the levels, however when I logged in, it changed to level 10

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
