It seems like in both Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga that the runner-up prizes don't always coincide well with the position. In the Weekly Contest, the first place winner should receive at least 5 boosters of some sort, second place should get 3 boosters, and third should get 1 or 2 boosters. The way it is now, both the second and third place winners are getting the same prize of just 1 booster, which doesn't seem right considering that second place is better and harder to achieve than third place, so it should have more of a reward.
For the Episode Race, it currently looks like the third, fourth, and fifth place winners all are rewarded the same number of gold bars, which again, doesn't seem very logical or fairly rewarded. If competing for 10 gold bars for the 1st prize, then 2nd should get maybe 7, 3rd maybe 5, 4th maybe 2 or 3 and 5th place should get 1 gold bar. If competing for 15, the breakdown should be something like 1st =15 bars, 2nd = 10, 3rd = 7 or 8, 4th = 4 or 5, 5th = 2
And if competing for 20 gold bars, maybe breakdown should be like this: 1st = 20, 2nd = 15, 3rd = 10, 4th = 7, and 5th = 3 or 4. Just make the rewards match more logically with the position each player ends up in, instead of having multiple placed positions getting the same amount of a reward.

Haha @Carol-38 I thought the same thing as you. Loads of people have complained about the Weekly Contest rewards and the 'Hard' Episode Race. Strange how @KeyK9 gets highlighted to the Game Team out of all the other complaints about the same issue.
I honestly believe the phrase '...to the Game Team' used by our Managers/Moderators is code for whilst what I have just written looks and sounds official in reality nothing is going to happen.
I think @Crazy Cat Lad only gave that response because he had to move this post from the Ideas area.

Yes @Alienscar when I saw @KeyK9 post I thought I had best just let them know. With @Crazy Cat Lad responses you always think something might happen to improve things. But unfortunately with all the suggestions and feedback so many of us keep giving and nothing being done, I don't hold out much hope. But you never know we might be surprised (I'll emphasis MIGHT).

I take back @Alienscar @Crazy Cat Lad the bit about 'nothing being done'. We did get the accumulation of extra moves back after so many complained. So I'm hoping crazy cat lad has the power to do something about this as well.

Wow @Alienscar and @Carol-38, being that I'm new to posting ideas and whatnot to the King community, I had no idea this was already a complaint others have had and that getting the "Game Team" to fix things like this isn't always the most promising! Sounds like getting an idea like this to actually be considered is ify. Well, hopefully something positive does come out of it!

Well just in case you haven't noticed @KeyK9 your post isn't being considered as an idea as it has been moved out of the Ideas board into the Discussion board.
The problem is that in essence your original idea is just asking for a recent change to be undone and this kind of idea is too easy for the powers that be to dismiss it as a discussion rather than an idea. This is because asking for changes to be reverted back to, or similar to their orginal standard can be seen as a complaint rather than a genuine request for improvement.
