Updated Candy Crush Saga Level 2049 help

I am finding this level impossible because of the 4 move bombs. I understand its been enhanced, shall we say, because getting only 200,000 with no bombs was too easy or with 10 move bombs was too easy but now its 450 000 with the very short fuses its become impossible. Please can you offer any clue on ho to solve it as all the guides show how to solve it with 10 move bombs or no bombs and loads of +5 second candies
