I sure hope you're wrong regarding the "Sending lives"-button @Alienscar. Imagine having hundreds of CCS-friends, and wanting to send lives to all. There's loads of people having loads of friends playing. It is pretty frustrating having to send lives individually.

Finally, I can send lives to all my friends again. (and get back to beating scores ๐)

@Deryck and @Loser9 two of my accounts CCS accounts were mysteriously merged together sometime on Monday after I got done playing Bubble Witch 3. I am curious as to who to contact. I went to help center and wrote what happened but have not heard anything. @loser9 who did you contact? at first I thought Candy Crush Saga was affected but it has affected all of the King games that I play. It did not merge any of my boosters. They are gone.
Congratulations Deryck. Hope they get around to fixing mine & thousands of others. 7/22/22 reported pic above to King.com They assured me they are aware & working on the issue. Please be patient. Glad they must be making progress since yours is now OK. Anyone else also AOK now ?????????

Go to https://soporto.king.com/contact and tell them what happened. I strongly recommend that you choose the "game didn't save" subtopic. I know it doesn't match your issue, but that's the option you must choose if you want to get a response from them.
@Lisal6715 Thanks for bringing this matter back up, and sorry to hear the issue seems to be spreading. I never made a decision about my merged account but did reach out to my King contact to ask if it could be investigated. Never heard back, so I'll follow up and mention your issue to alert that the problem's growing.
Sure, I might be OK with my 2 CCS accounts getting merged, but it's unfair for players who'd prefer to have separate game accounts. Really sucks that all your boosters were wiped rather than combined like mine. ๐ฅ
My contact is in the Community, coincidentally, but can't recall his username--and I just realized all my messages were erased?? ๐จ So, can't find him that way (had PMed him in the past iirc)
Any King support person can help though. If you play on the Win 10 app, click on the gear button at the bottom and then click the question mark button on the Settings pop-up that appears:
When the FAQ opens, just choose the 1st listing (any will do). Scroll to the end of the article to find the Contact Us button.
@peteliston Good to hear! I do think King is still tinkering with the fix since the scoreboard hadn't returned (last I checked anyway) on the laptop but did on my desktop. I'll recheck tomorrow.
