Level 1
Hello, About three weeks ago my levels stopped syncing and the app won't open at all on my iPhone 7.
iPhone 7 - click icon, orange screen with logo, banner appears with a fact and then it's back to my home screen. I also tried this with the phone in airplane mode thinking that it is crashing calling to fb to check what level that i am on. Same result.
Safari - level 2438, iPhone6 - level 2438, iPad 2 Air - level 2447, iPad Pro 2410
I just double checked that I am on the latest release on all devices (may 2, 2017). I am also sure that I am connected to fb because the gold bar count on all devices is the same

I did the following per the directions. Sing out of Facebook, unhook Candy Crush from Facebook. Kill all apps, restart. Open Facebook, sign in, open Candy Crush. Still int he same place as before. The only device with an available cellular connection is the iPhone 7. It is on wifi and the app won't start on that device even in airplane mode.

I played levels on each device to get them all out of sync and repeated the above process and the devices are still out of sync.
This is still a problem. As I progress on my iPhone, subsequent devices are 10 levels behind.
