Unfortunately at present there is no fix for this issue
Try checking your device and game is up to date, restart your device and then try logging back in. If this does not help then unfortunately all you can do is uninstall and reinstall the app, but if this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
